Recycled Dreams?

I made this card with two challenges in mind. First at Passion for Promarkers the theme is 'recycle something' - The kraft paper is actually an envelope from a bill and the buttons are off one of my daughters old school shirts! And since this is my first Teddy Bo digi, I thought I would enter this into their challenge too (anything goes)

The image from Teddy Bo, backing paper is Digital (not sure from where), kraft paper & buttons are recycled and the sentiment is from Pink Petticoat. I machine stitched the edge of the kraft paper and I coloured with promarkers.

White on white

I've been wanting to ink up this stamp for the last few weeks (got it for Christmas) and I finally got round to doing it today! I've made 3 cards with her already (well, 2 and a half!) and she is truly Gorjuss ;)
Whilst blog hopping I came across a challenge blog that I've never seen before. The Sweet Stampin challenge blog. The challenge this week is 'White on White' so I thought I would have a go. This card turned out exactly as I planned and I'm really pleased with it!
I'll enter this one into the I  Promarkers - Anything goes challenge
(as you can enter up to 3 times)

Stamp- Gorjuss 'On top of the world'
Cuttlebug embossing folder - 'swiss dots'
I used a flower and swirl die cut out with my Bigshot
(not sure from where, could be Marianne Creatable dies?),
some white card candi
and I coloured with promarkers
(I also embossed the edges with my MS score board)

Edit. My card made the spotlight at the sweet stampin challenge! I'm so pleased!! x

Exercise bad... chocolate good.

I made this card for the Passion for Promarkers challenge - humour. I made one similar to this for my brothers birthday and he liked it so it was nice to make one again.

Paper is from a Papermania pack
Digital stamp is 'Relaxing Ronnie' from Pollycraft
Can't remember where the sentiment came from and I coloured with promarkers

Cupcakes

I made this card for the Pollycraft challenge (123 Bingo- I chose 'Ribbon , Pollycraft image, Pearls).
I'd thought I would also find a couple of other challenges to enter into too-
I  ♥ Promarkers - Anything goes
Truly Scrumptious -  Something Forgotten
(I used my daubers on the background, I got pathetically excited with I found them in the back of a draw yesterday!)

Image- Pollycraft
Papers- from stash
Sentiment - Pink Petticoat
Coloured with promarkers, Image background done with Color box ink
 Ribbon & Pearls

I made this card to fit two challenges (then found a third!)
Lili's little fairies - Favourite Lili of the Valley stamp (Blowing bubbles)
Passion for Promarkers - Inspired by a song (I'm forever blowing bubbles!)
and
♥ Promarkers - Cute and cuddly. (This little elephant is definitely cute!)

Stamp- Lili of the Valley
Sentiment - Hero Arts 'friends' clear stamp set
Papers - Pink Petticoat (free with magazine)
EK success border punch
Stickles & Glossy Accents
and coloured with Promarkers

Pretty Peacock

This is the card I made for the 'Less is More' challenge for a one layer card and the subject is 'birds'.
I love peacocks and haven't used this stamp in ages, I only wish the stickles showed better in the picture, it looks really sparkly in real life!

Stamps - Hero arts 'Beautiful Peacocks' set
Ink - Memento in Cottage Ivy and Sweet Plum
Coloured with Flexmarkers
Decorated with gems & stickles

Purple Mouse Card

Since I have a fair amount of digital stamps from Bugaboo I thought I would have a go at entering one of their challenges at their catch the bug challenge blog. The theme is 'anything goes' so I used one of my favourite digital stamps and made this card.

Papers - Pink Petticoat (from  Lola's Boudoir but sadly longer available)
Sentiment - Designed on computer by me
Coloured with Promarkers.

Happy New Year!

My poor blog has been so very lonely for the last few months as I seem to have neglected it completely.
One of my goals this year is to enter more card challenges (and convince some of my 'crafty' friends to do the same) so hopefully it won't been so long between posts!

I made this card for my friends husband who is retiring and thought that it matched the new challenge at the revamped  LOTV challenge blog - 'New Beginnings' (ok, so retirement is usually an ending but I think the person actually retiring probably sees it as a new beginning!)

Stamp - 'Deckchair dreaming' from Lili of the Valley
Paper (digital) -Woodgrain in Mocha from Pink Petticoat
Sentiment - designed on computer by me!
Circle cut with nesties and bigshot
Coloured with Promarkers

I apologise for the bad photo, I took this on my MS score board because I was being very lazy and couldn't be bothered to get some decent papers out to use as a photo backdrop. Promise I'll do better next time...honest!
